Jacks Fork River: The Definitive Guide

The book covers the Jacks Fork as a whole: the rock it is cut into, the springs that feed it, the plants and animals along it, the people who settled, milled, farmed, logged and floated it, and the making of the national riverways. Then it goes down the river bend by bend, from the prongs to the mouth.

Everything in the book is on this site to read. The printed book carries the atlas plates, maps and charts at full size, with the scale bars true, in an 8½ × 11 inch volume.
